Can't access live chat, app keeps bringing me back to Google play store despite being already installed.
Poorly designed. App locks you out and there is no way to get in again if you have forgotten your memorable word. Avoid!

Cannot log in and cannot get help from O2. Don't waste your time.

Been trying for days to access this app. Can't reset the password, verification codes don't work, my answer to the security question is 'incorrect'. Meanwhile I can't see my bill or how much data I've used. Useless app and no apparent way to resolve with O2.
Cannot get in touch.. They have taken £140 out my bank 2 days.. Need to change to virgin.. How do i cancel
