Useless trying to log on to 02 , sick of having it not accepted passwords etc, receive one off code and don't get time to enter before it cancels it , ,goi ng it Tesco Mobile had enough

Been trying for days to access this app. Can't reset the password, verification codes don't work, my answer to the security question is 'incorrect'. Meanwhile I can't see my bill or how much data I've used. Useless app and no apparent way to resolve with O2.
